Where T-Mobile leads Verizon
Nowhere clearly: on these filings T-Mobile does not lead Verizon in any state once water is allowed for.
The states with no clear leader
In 5 states the two carriers are within 5 points of each other: Alaska, District of Columbia, Iowa, Oklahoma and Wyoming.
In 10 more the raw gap is 5 points or wider but inside the state's water share: Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, Utah and Wisconsin.
Does the order hold in a moving car?
On in-car 4G LTE, under the same rule, Verizon leads in 20 states, T-Mobile in 1, and 30 have no clear leader. Nowhere does the in-car leader contradict the outdoor one.
